HOW TO BOOK?
Step 1 • Send Your Request
DMs are preferred*
DM me on Instagram (@art_lllex) or email (artlllex.official@gmail.com) with:
• Name
• Concept / style
• Placement photo (straight on)
• Size (in inches/cm)
• Reference images (optional)
Step 2• Free In-Person/Facetime Consultation
• I’ll review your request and confirm availability before moving forward.
Step 3 • Secure Your Spot
• A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your appointment and begin the design process.
Step 4 • Custom Design
• I’ll create a custom design based on your vision and finalize it before your session.
• With creative freedom allowed, I can deliver my best work and recommend the ideal size and placement for the perfect flow.
Step 5 • Tattoo Day
• You’ll need to complete a consent form and provide a valid ID at your appointment.
Pricing
• Tattoos are priced per piece.
• An estimate will be given before booking.
• My minimum rate is $300.
POLICY
Payments
•
• Only pay via Zelle (artlllex.official@gmail.com) or Credit Card to avoid scams.
• Credit card payments are available with a 3% processing fee, and a payment link will be provided.

Deposits & Booking
•
• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
• Reserved spot may be released if the deposit isn’t made within 24 hours.
• No-shows (30+ minutes late) will lose the deposit and require a new booking.

Reschedules
•
• Each appointment includes one free reschedule if requested at least 5 days in advance. After that, a new deposit is required, and the original will be lost.

Design Changes & Adjustments
•
• Minor adjustments can be finalized before or on the day of your session without rescheduling.
• Major design changes requested later than 10 days in advance — require a new appointment and deposit.

Prio to Your Appointment
•
• Avoid alcohol, drugs, and numbing creams 24 hrs before.
• Please bring a valid ID.
• If possible, please wear white, black, or grey clothing to keep photos cohesive.
• Sunglasses are recommended for front-body tattoos due to the bright ring light.
• Rest well, stay hydrated, and eat before your session.
• You may bring one friend, a non-alcoholic drink, and light snacks — no babies or pets.

• Aftercare products and instructions will be provided, along with guidance on what to do and avoid for the best healing results.
